This is my Why!

Why I Decided to Go Independent

If you already know me, you probably know that I used to work for a different company. Now, I’ve decided to go independent as a freelancer, and along the way, I’ve been reflecting on my vision and why I decided to take this path.

There are several reasons behind it, but I want to highlight the most important ones.

First: businesses are changing, but not everyone is keeping up.

Technology is evolving every single day. AI, automation, advertising platforms, and new tools are changing how businesses operate and compete.

You don’t need to learn everything. But as a business owner, you do need to stay informed about your market and understand how technology can help your business.

And if all of that feels like too much, that’s okay. That’s exactly why you delegate. Find someone who knows what they’re doing and let them handle that part of the business.

Second: I want to actually help businesses grow.

I’m not interested in working with businesses just to take their money and move on.

There are plenty of people out there who will sell you a service, collect the payment, and honestly don’t give a damn about what happens to your business afterward.

I don’t want to be that person.

If you’re going to invest money in someone to help grow your revenue, look for a real partner—someone who understands your business, knows what they’re doing, and actually cares about the results.

I’m not writing this to pitch you anything. I’m simply sharing what I believe businesses should look for when hiring a freelancer or marketing professional.

Marketing isn’t just about posting on Facebook, making memes, or trying to make your brand look busy.

Real marketing is about understanding people, creating demand, and convincing the right people to choose your product or service.

That’s the kind of marketing I want to do
